CR8TIVE MINDZ supports transition-age youth navigating foster care, homelessness, justice involvement, and other major life transitions by providing safe housing, mental-health support, and pathways to education, career, and creative entrepreneurship. We believe every young person deserves stability, healing, and the opportunity to build a life rooted in purpose and possibility.
Our programs deliver more than services—they create community. Through the CRIB transitional housing model, Wellthy Mindz therapeutic supports, and the Cr8e Me entrepreneurship and workforce pathways, youth receive consistent guidance, creative outlets, and practical skills to move toward independence. Each young person is met with culturally responsive, trauma-informed care that centers their voice, honors their resilience, and equips them for long-term success.
